MANUFACTURING PLANT

Our Roorkee (Uttarakhand) State of Art manufacturing facilities is well equipped with Tablets, Capsules, Liquid Orals, Ointments, Creams, Lotions, Gels and Sachet. In addition to above manufacturing facilities are supported by other departments like Microbiology, IPQC, QA, Regulatory, F&D and also by Packaging.

Manufacturing facilities and factory's prime location have created an extra edge for manufacturing, distributing and marketing of the products.

Manufacturing facilities at Roorkee is divided into two units

Roorkee Plant - I

• Total built up area of 50000 + sq. ft.
  
• Capacity of manufacturing 10 cr tablets, 2.5 cr capsules,5L liquid orals, 3L ointments/creams,& 1.5L sachets/month
• 9 packaging lines

Roorkee Plant -II

• Total built up area of approximately 40000 + sq. ft.

Expected Total Capacity -

35 cr tablets, 5 cr capsules and full fledged ayurvedic, cosmetic , protein powder & effervescent tablets suite

Softgel Plant -
