Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain is a highly esteemed professional in the pharmaceutical industry, boasting over 25 years of remarkable experience. His journey, which began as a pharmaceutical trader in Ukraine, has culminated in a prominent leadership role at the Ananta Medicare Group.

He holds a distinguished academic background, having earned a bachelor’s degree in production management from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute,” a prestigious institution established in 1885 and renowned in Eastern Europe for its engineering and management programs. He further advanced his studies at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, where he received a Master of Business Administration, followed by a PhD, both degrees reflecting his profound scholarly commitment and expertise in the field.

He acted as the guiding force behind Ananta Medicare Limited, strategically establishing the Company’s Corporate and Registered Office in New Delhi, along with three state-of-the-art pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic manufacturing plants in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

He has been instrumental in driving the company’s international expansion, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe and the CIS markets. His visionary approach has not only broadened the geographical reach of Ananta Medicare Limited but also diversified its product portfolio, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the pharmaceutical industry.

Rajesh Jain is a dynamic and influential leader celebrated for his profound expertise in project management and production optimisation within the pharmaceutical industry. His unwavering commitment to excellence and innovative practices is evident in every facet of his work. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving processes, Rajesh continuously strives to enhance efficiency and drive meaningful results. The educational background includes a Master of Pharmacy from Punjab Technical University in 2013, during which he deepened his expertise in pharmaceutical sciences. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD, further advancing his research and knowledge in the field. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rajasthan, obtained in 1995, laying a strong foundation for his career in pharmacy and healthcare.

He has possessed extensive professional experience across a diverse range of sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Laboratory Services, and Marketing, since 1995. This broad expertise has not only honed his skills but also served as a powerful driving force behind his ability to achieve success in highly competitive markets.

Manish Goswami

Dr Manish Goswami has over two and half decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, research and education.

Apart from registered pharmacist, Dr Goswami is also a registered Upvaidya with the Punjab Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine Board (AYBOARD).

Dr. Manish Goswami possesses a robust research background that establishes a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, including a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from North Gujarat University in Patan, Gujarat and Post Graduate from BITS Pilani Rajasthan.

During his PhD program, he delved deeply into the intricate realm of pharmaceutical science, focusing on the “Studies and Design of Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems for Antiasthmatics.” Under the expert guidance of Dr. Jagdev Singh, the esteemed Principal of Shri Sarvajanik Pharmacy College in Mehsana, Gujarat, he made noteworthy contributions to this cutting-edge field. His work not only showcased innovative approaches to medication delivery but also highlighted the potential for improved patient outcomes.

Beyond his research, he embraced leadership roles at the University Institute of Pharma Sciences (UIPS) and the University Institute of Allied Health Sciences (UIAHS), where he served as Director. His influence also extended to administrative responsibilities as a member of the Board of Management at Chandigarh University for a duration of two years, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape and advancing the mission of the institution.

Anjani Misra

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Anjani Misra boasts an exceptional career spanning 26 years at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), where he held the office of General Manager for more than a decade. During this significant tenure, he undertook a diverse array of functions and responsibilities that significantly contributed to the bank’s objectives and initiatives. His expertise prominently included Rural Planning and Credit, where he played a pivotal role in advancing financial inclusion efforts to empower underbanked communities nationwide.

Mr. Anjani Misra effectively represented the RBI’s interests in various committee meetings and general assemblies, ensuring that the bank’s perspectives and strategic goals were articulated and considered. He took the initiative to organise extensive training programs to enhance staff proficiency in vigilance, fortifying the institution’s commitment to integrity and compliance.

In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Anjani Misra oversaw the Department of Supervision, where he was instrumental in monitoring and evaluating the performance of financial institutions to ensure their adherence to regulatory standards. His role as a compounding authority under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), further underscores his deep involvement in maintaining the integrity of forex regulations, as he managed contraventions and took necessary enforcement actions when required.
