Qualification & Experience: Any Graduation Min 1 year Experience

Skills And Knowledge: • Knowledge about pharmaceutical formulation and documentation
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Mostly Excel and Word)
• Time management (Deadline oriented)
• Typing and Record management skills
• Online browsing knowledge
• English Proficiency (Other language added advantage)
• Polite and good in Communication

Language Expertise: English, Hindi, Marathi

Main Responsibilities: •Tender Search (Domestic and International)
•Tender Pre and Post-Documentation
•Tender Filling on time
•Co-ordination with Govt. Department for order and with plant for dispatch and with logistics for delivery
•Record and co-ordination for payment and document submission 

Sub Responsibilities: •Agent search for the tender & co-ordination with them
•Costing and Quotation of products in tender
•Govt. Portal Knowledge for tender filling
•Basic Software Knowledge – installation and updating
•Pharmaceutical and tender related documents preparation
•Co-ordination with various department

Location: Pune, Delhi, Hyderbad, Kolkatta, Mumbai.

  • 5+ years’ experience in International and domestic sales field
  • Strong presentation, communication, coordination, negotiation and closing skills
  • Must have good pharma knowledge
  • Looking for high calibre graduates/post graduates with a genuine desire and skills to succeed in sales career

 

Educational Qualification: Pharma

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing sales opportunities by networking, building relationships, establishing needs and closing deals.
  • Managing and developing client base through both established business and new business opportunities
  • Developing your understanding of products, our competitors and clients to enable maximized sales and revenue generation.

 

Remuneration: As per the company std + Group Accidental Policy

Location: Pune, Delhi, Hyderbad, Kolkatta, Mumbai

  • Lead generation for new business opportunities.
  • Regular follow up for generated leads for orders.
  • Calling new and existing clients for product promotion.
  • Understanding client requirement and creating quotation accordingly.
  • Maintaining records of daily business activities.
  • Follow up for repeat orders from existing clients.
  • Inter-departmental coordination for various activities related with timely delivery of products
  • Co-ordination with costing team for product rates to be offered to client
  • Co-ordination with accounts team for client payment and related issues.
  • Effective internal communication for timely delivery of goods.
